    Do you have to be 18 when you register? Or can you register ahead of time, assuming that you will be 18 on election day?

  8. Can I vote where I have a vacation home?

    I primarily in Florida, but I have a vacation home in Colorado where I spend about 3 months a year. I pay all kinds of taxes, hire a lot of people, buy a lot of things there, etc. I definitely have a direct interest in the issues that go on there, especially the local issues. Would I have to give up my right to vote in Florida in order to vote there, or does an area have to be a primary residence in order for you to vote?

    My friend is registered independent in California (Los Angeles). He has to work all day so asked me to see if I could find some voter guides. He's interested in guides from all political viewpoints. You know, the things they send you telling you how to vote, and if you agree with the person sending it you vote that way. Do you know of any guides specifically for republic or democrat voters?
